You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in original condition and packaging — buyer pays return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. A returns label will be emailed to you, and we kindly ask for a photo of the damage and packaging if transport damage is visible.
Exchanges are welcome — if you're swapping by choice (not due to damage), you’ll cover return and re-shipping costs.
